We feel God's love most keenly when we are focused on His Will and have devoted ourselves to thanking Him for His goodness and unending love.

There are mornings when my prayer is so simple. God, please help me today. I need you.
And then I’m off and running. And this is fine - we don’t want to be legalistic or burdensome when it comes to the spiritual discipline of prayer.
We want to foster the mindset that prayer is a privilege not a must do. That we GET to pray, not that we have to pray.
WHO should pray?
Have you ever wondered what JOY does to your brain?
Joy packs a pretty good dopamine and serotonin punch in our noggin that make us want to connect with others. In other words, relationships and other people are central to feelings of joy and happiness. Joy builds resilience and godly character. Joy is a fruit of the spirit within us.
After recognizing that God places joy in our hearts, what can we do to foster a sense of joy?
