We are bombarded with anywhere from 6-60K thoughts daily (scientific research varies on that number).
No matter. Whatever thought or however many thoughts that you engage, you have a choice.
You can energize and optimize those negative, toxic thoughts, self-limiting beliefs and notions OR you can de-energize them, exhausting them of any power. Over time, they disappear!
To de-energize toxic thoughts, we must first recognize that we are engaging them! Try to start thinking about what you're thinking about.
Determine where your thoughts lead or how they direct your mind. Do they take through a door leading to "darkness" or into a sunny and beautiful "garden or vineyard"?
Remember: Those repeated negative, self-defeating thoughts create trenches in your brain with repeated engagement. BUT take heart! You can reverse the damage by fixating instead of truth-filled thoughts!
Vet your thoughts using THIS FREE DOWNLOADABLE PDF--an image I use personally!
And be sure to tune in to Episode 066 of the Choose 2 Think Podcast where you can take a QUIZ to see if you can rightly analyze 10 sample thoughts. You'll also hear a few other gals pipe in with their feedback as they take the quiz live.
This lovely tee makes a great gift for that gardening enthusiast! PLUS if you're like I am, it carries a double meaning. I want to spend all my emotional energy on thoughts that lead to life, joy, peace, comfort, and light (in the garden!). Isn't it time for you to LIVE...Really LIVE? Click pic to purchase.
