From his website: Even if you don’t is not a cancer story – it’s a love story. And even more than that, it’s the incredible life story of Kailen Combs Taylor. Kailen lived with a perpetual sense of wonder, maintaining immutable joy and resilient hope in the face of some of life’s most barbaric trials. Narrated with poignant honesty and candor, Even if you don’t will make you laugh, cry, and frantically turn the page, often all at once. And long after you put the book down and fall back into the hectic fray of life, you may just find her message is still resonating in your heart — that life can be a fairytale, even when it’s a tragedy. (Available in Paperback and Kindle eBook, February 2018)

Bryan C. Taylor has a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, both from the University of Kentucky. He was married for five years before his late wife Kailen, the inspiration for his first #1 Amazon bestselling book, EVEN IF YOU DON'T, passed away from breast cancer at the age of 25.
Bryan's second book, THE LAZARUS WITHIN, explores how choosing hope in hopeless circumstances, life in the face of death, can empower us to rise from the ashes of our pain and live meaningful lives after loss. It is a poignant examination of grief in modern culture, and through personal stories and insights from the lives of other individuals who have loved and lost, Bryan's purpose is to affirm hurting hearts they are not alone, and to equip them with the tools they will need to transform ashes into fresh roots.
He is now remarried and lives in Georgetown, Kentucky, where his wife and two dogs provide daily reminders of the resurrecting power of hope.
