Kimberly loves speaking, training and coaching. She believes that’s where her purpose, skills and passions collide. Kimberly especially enjoys the topics of leadership, both personal and organizational, and interpersonal skills development. She believe in the messages she presents and tries to practice what she preaches. She admits, “Some days I’m successful, some days I fail, all days I try.”
Kimberly has worked in the training and development field for more than 20 years and earned a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development. In addition, she’s a certified trainer, speaker and coach with the John Maxwell Team.
On a personal note, Kimberly is married to her husband Melvin. They attend and are involved in serving at Capital City Christian Church. They have five adult children which includes 2 daughters-in-law. Melvin and Kimberly reside in Frankfort, KY with their fur baby dog, Cain.
