Seeing that I'm in the FIRED UP MIND business, you can imagine the the MIND diet caught my attention! Have you heard of it?!
Basically and simply put, it's a diet that is BENEFICIAL for your BRAIN! And what is good for your brain is good for your heart. What is good for your heart is good for your whole body!

And there are a gazillion videos about it on YouTube, like this one! I was most interested because this diet seems to have ample scientific evidence that it can deters neurogenerative decline! Plus, I've had the FIRED UP MIND CHALLENGE at the front of my mental dashboard these days!
Matter of fact, this week on the C2T podcast, you can listen in on clips from Session 1 of the Challenge where the goal was for participants to declare what challenge options they were interested in accepting! We talk a lot about the brain/gut connection. I mention the mind and how dark natural no sugar added grape juice has many of the same benefits of wine.
